If the master crafting system was expended to include very expensive crafting options (100 ex for a t1 roll or whatever), I can guarantee you, people will dramatically use more currency and inflation wouldnt be a problem. Most players dont craft stuff.or just craft simple stuff, because the crafting system is complex and time consuming (sit in town for hours spamming alteration orbs or actually kill choice!). Encouraging players to use currency sinks for example. There are way better options to handle situations like these. Who leaves money just lying around right? You cant take everything in one go, so you make multiple trips. You find a stash of gold bars or cash in briefcases or whatever.
